CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel the same day as your appointment, you will have to pay a 50% service fee prior to booking another appointment. Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late then we will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment and a 50% service fee will be needed to book. You must have 3-4 weeks of hair growth. If your hair is too short and I can not remove any hair you will still be charged 50% of your services. Sugaring is still possible while you are on your period, you must wear a clean tampon or cup during your appointment. Spotting or light days are still considered period flow and something must be worn, pads are not allowed. ( This policy applies to Brazilian, bikini, and in between service) No guest allowed. Because of the size of my space no one is allowed in the room with you and supervision is not provided to anyone waiting in our lobby. Forms of payment- Zelle, Venmo, or cash. At the moment I am not accepting card as a form of payment because of the fees and I refuse to make the clients pay for fees.
